Open sachet by hand and remove heat patch. Peel away the paper strip and adhere to the outside of the clothing/underwear on the back area/ Do not knead the patch. The heat patch activates on contact with the air and starts to warm up. It reaches optimum heat within approx 30 minutes. When removing after use or re position please tear away slowly.
