YOUR SKIN NEEDS TO BE FREE FROM OIL, SWEAT, LOTION OR WATER PRIOR TO APPLICATION. APPLY THE TAPE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SPORTS ACTIVITY OR SHOWERING - THIS WILL ALLOW THE GLUE TO ADHERE FULLY. TRY TO AVOID OVER - STRETCHING THE TAPE DURING APPLICATION AS THIS COULD CAUSE SKIN IRRITATION. APPLYING THE TAPE OVER TIRED MUSCLES WILL HELP REDUCE PAIN AND INFLAMMATION, RELAX OVERUSED TIRED MUSCLES AND SUPPORT MUSCLES IN MOVEMENT.
