The Food Standards Agency has issued new precautionary advice to reduce the daily consumption of CBD from food(including drinks) down from 70 mg per day to 10mg per day for a healthy adult. As a result some of the products on sale have a mg in excess of 10mg and recommended maximum dosages in excess of 10mg.
