To Activate: Simply press the metal button until it clicks to activate the gel and hold for warmth
To Reset: Once the gel has cooled and hardened, remove the knitted cover and boil the gel bottle in a pan of hot water until the gel returns to liquid. Leave to cool in the pan, pop back in the knitted cover and you’re good to go!
