1. Use immediately upon removal from the individual sachet 2. Do not use on areas with spots, blemishes, inflamed or sun burnt or excessively dry skin 3. Do not use on areas sensitive to tapes, bandages or peel off masks 4. If the strip adheres too strongly to your skin or is painful to remove, thoroughly wet the strip and carefully peel off 5. Suggested use 1-2 times per week and should not exceed 3 times a week 6. Keep out of the reach of children 7. For external use only

Wash face / moisten nose - wash your face thoroughly with soap, making sure that it's free of any make-up, creams or lotions. Thoroughly wet your nose. The strip won't stick on a dry nose. Dry hands and peel the strip off the plastic liner. Apply strip to the moistened nose area with the smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with the skin. Leave for about 10-15 minutes. The strip should feel stiff as it dries. After the strip has dried, slowly and carefully peel off the strip starting at the edges and pulling towards the centre. Any residue left on the skin can be easily removed by rinsing with clean warm water.
