An absolute staple in everyone’s first aid box! This was a life saver when it came to treating grazes from the school playground!

Another versatile fave… witch hazel! Great for calming irritated skin (such as acne or insect bites) you’ll also find it in most skincare products!

Who remembers sporting the milky-white look when they had chicken pox? This was a definite must grab out of the medicine cupboard!

Loved then (and now) for it’s great moisturising power! Who remembers being covered head to toe in E45 straight after a bath or shower?! We sure do, and we definitely still do it today!

These extra strong lozenges weren’t just a Fisherman’s friend, they were our life saver during the cold and flu season, be gone sore throats! We love that fiery tingle!

A cold and flu must-have loved by many, good old VapoRub! This strong, mentholated pot of joy helped clear even the stuffiest of noses!

9. Honey & Lemon Lockets

Another classic sore throat soothing must-have, lockets! No cold and flu survival kit is complete without a pack of these!
